We take a personalised approach from planning to handover, combining quality craftsmanship with Passive House expertise and considered home technology. Initial Consultation & Feasibility
Share your vision, budget and priorities as we review your site and provide early cost guidance and a clear build strategy.
Design & Planning
With your initial deposit paid, we work with designers and consultants to shape the design, guide costs and explore comfort, efficiency and smart living.
Documentation & Contract
Finalise your design while we prepare the contract and coordinate the energy assessment, then sign your agreement and pay the 5% deposit.
Pre-Construction
Complete your selections and approvals as we coordinate the final details and pre-build requirements, ready for construction.
Construction Commences
Watch your home take shape with regular progress updates and progress payments as construction moves forward.
Completion & Handover
We complete final quality checks and guide you through your new home’s features, ready for you to move in.
